Made4Each is a service provided by Designunic, operating commercially as PSDeco ("Company", "we", "us"), with technical infrastructure support provided by FranceDigital. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Made4Each, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Made4Each provides a digital wedding invitation platform allowing users to create websites, manage RSVPs, and share event details. We operate exclusively online.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display this content for the purpose of providing the service to you and your guests.
5. Content Liability & Removal
Please be aware that all media, names, images, and videos displayed on specific wedding invitations are uploaded and managed directly by the user, not by the Company. We do not actively monitor or manage private user content.
We accept no responsibility or liability for the misuse, abuse, or copyright status of any media uploaded by our users. However, in the case of misuse or abuse, you can contact us for a removal process. Please email contact@made4each.com with details of the infringing content.
6. Promotional Rights
By using our service, you agree that we may share your public invitation (including design screenshots, your URL, or features of your site) on our social media channels, website, or marketing materials to promote our services. If you wish to keep your invitation private and oppose this sharing, you must contact us at contact@made4each.com.
7. Data Retention & Expiry
Your wedding website and data will generally be hosted for a minimum of 1 year from the date of creation or payment, depending on your plan. After this period, we reserve the right to delete your data to free up server resources.
- An automated email notification will be sent prior to deletion.
- You may request the removal of your data earlier than 1 year by contacting support.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Account Info: Name, email address, and password (hashed).
- Event Info: Wedding dates, locations, and guest lists you upload.
- Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, and interaction data via our Analytics feature.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the wedding website service, process payments, and offer customer support.
3. Marketing & Promotion
We may feature your invitation as a "Real Wedding" example on our social media or website. This is done by default to showcase our platform capabilities. You have the right to opt-out of this at any time by emailing us.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use trusted third-party services to operate:
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.
- Hostinger/SMTP: For sending system emails (RSVP notifications, password resets).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database practices, to protect your information.
Refund Policy

Because we provide a 21-Day Free Trial with full access to all features, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription begins.
1. The "Try Before You Buy" Model
We believe in total transparency. We offer a comprehensive 21-day free trial that requires no credit card to start. This allows you to build your entire site, test themes, and ensure Made4Each is perfect for you before you pay a single cent.
2. No Refunds After Purchase
Once you voluntarily upgrade to a paid plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium) to keep your site live after the trial, the sale is final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and "work has started" on hosting your live data.
3. Exceptions
We may consider a refund request only in the event of a critical technical failure on our end that prevents your site from being accessible, which our support team is unable to resolve within 72 hours.
